For all orders above $169 (From 12/09/2024 onwards)
Standard Delivery: $15.00 per order, for all orders below $119/$169
90 Minute Express Delivery: $24.90 per order
Extended Delivery (Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa): $18 per order
Failed Delivery: $18
What is a failed delivery?
A failed delivery is when we are unable to deliver due to incorrect delivery details, or no one being present at delivery destination to receive the goods without our driver being able to leave it at the door step. We urge all customers to ensure all given delivery details are correct.
Delivery Day and Time Slots
We delivery every day.
You may choose your preferred delivery time slot at checkout:
- 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
- 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Self Collection
All orders made online on https://www.dingmooncake.com/ will be sent to your doorstep via delivery. We DO NOT offer self-collection at VivoCity.
